We've got a fantastic opportunity for a Systems Improvement Lead - Finance to join the Manufacturing Systems team at Hilmore House in Bradford. Reporting to the Systems Development Lead - Finance, you will support the development and delivery of multiple new ERP & MES systems on behalf of Manufacturing through the effective Build of the System solution - driving effective business engagement and empowerment drives ownership and accountability for the 'To Be' solution ahead of Systems Deliveries. Here at Morrison’s our Systems Improvement Leads do the following; Act as Finance expert for the assigned project
Provide detailed analysis of AS IS processes as required
Throughout the project lifecycle, identify and engage with the stakeholders (internal and external), in order to meet the requirements appropriate to the project phase. Attend workshops as required
Ensure that requirements are documented correctly in the Requirements Definition Document Supporting Systems Development Lead to manage project gaps and issues Review design Documents ensuring these meet business needs
Document business process in the format of BSOPs (Business Standard Operating Procedures) User Acceptance testing preparation including agreeing test scenarios and writing test scripts Perform User Acceptance Testing
Identify training requirements for business users
Liaise with Training team on training materials, attendees and delivery Support business users in the initial period following go live including production Provision for knowledge transfer/support at the end of the project to Business as usual Ad hoc support of business as usual
