He joined the company in 1969 and shared variety of positions like Senior Vice president, Company Secretary, general counsel and vice chairman. Before being in Walmart, Rob was a Partner at law Firm of Conner & Winters in Tulsa, Okla. He is currently associated with many nonprofit and educational organizations including being Chairman of Executive Committee at Conservation International and the Emeritus Life Trustee at College of Wooster
